Refund Policy

We want Mockr to be worth it. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how cancellation works.

Subscriptions (Unlimited / Pro)

  • You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period that has already started.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund it.

Crunch Pack (one-time)

The Crunch Pack grants immediate access for a fixed number of days. Because access begins right away, it is generally non-refundable once used. If you bought it by mistake and have not used it, contact us within 48 hours and we will look into a refund.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged twice, charged but did not receive access, or the service was not delivered as described, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email trymockr@vessien.com from the address on your account, with the approximate date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paystack and may take a few business days to appear.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
