What Mockr is

Mockr is an AI-powered tool for practicing job interviews. The interviewer, its questions, and your feedback are generated by AI. They are for preparation only: they are not real interviews, not professional, legal, or career advice, and we do not guarantee any job, offer, or outcome.

Your account

You can practice as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Mockr for anything unlawful or to upload content you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI providers.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

Plans and billing

• Warm-up (Free). Free to use, subject to a daily limit on the number of practice interviews.
• Unlimited (Pro). A subscription billed monthly or annually. It renews automatically at the end of each period using your payment method until you cancel.
• Crunch Pack. A one-time purchase granting unlimited access for a fixed number of days. It does not auto-renew.

Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Paystack; by purchasing you also accept their terms. We may change prices going forward, but a change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide (your answers, resume, and job descriptions). You grant Mockr the limited rights needed to process that content through our providers to deliver the service to you — for example, to transcribe your speech and generate your report. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our intellectual property

The Mockr software, branding, and design are owned by us. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the service as intended.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated questions, scores, and feedback can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Use your own judgment and do not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice or an actual assessment of your abilities.

Service "as is" and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Mockr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the date above; continuing to use Mockr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
